​ As a Participant of this Program, and by signing below, you acknowledge that you have access to the following:

​(1) 3-month license to the TURN MY BABY Online Portal and Turn My Baby protocol and Birth and Bloom Library.

​We respect your privacy and hold your strictly confidential clinical information separate from the Turn My Baby portal. This software is designed for clinical notes and has appropriate safeguard measures. The information we gather is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to enable a tailored TCM plan if necessary during consultations. The collecting of this information does not form part of any western medical intervention.

​Medical disclaimer- The Company and those working for it are not providing medical advice. This covers any information conveyed, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and verbal exchanges. It is general information and not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis and treatment. Always seek the advice of your qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your condition or treatment options and before undertaking any new health care regimen. You fully acknowledge your responsibility to seek advice from your healthcare provider for maternity and medical services.

​You further agree that (1) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (2) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, by signing below, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. The laws applicable to this Agreement will be the laws of New Zealand, and the parties agree to “attorn” to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts to finally adjudicate and determine any such dispute both before and after termination of this Agreement.

​We have made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, the willingness to do the work and make the necessary changes, but notwithstanding this, you acknowledge that some babies will remain breech irrespectively of measures taken and the Company makes no guarantee of outcome.
